Robotics technicians build, install, test, or maintain robotic equipment or related automated production systems. They align, fit, or assemble components, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, or microscopes. These technicians perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components. They also troubleshoot, make repairs as needed to robots or other equipment, and maintain service records.
